Chateau Ste Michelle Rose $8/$28 (California) – A dry elegant style rosé with a beautiful light pale pink color. The fresh and lively wine offers bright aromas of watermelon and raspberry with flavors of wild strawberry, citrus zest and hints of melon. It is soft and flavorful on the palate with a long crisp finish.

7 Deadly Zins Zinfandel $8/$28 (California) -- Sinful indeed, this Zinfandel is full-bodied and seductive. Heaps of jammy berry fruit are followed by aromas of leather, oak and spice notes. On the palate the wine is round and layered showing flavors of dark fruits, currants and toffee through a lingering spice-touched finish.

Hook & Ladder Chardonnay $46 -- This pale straw-colored Chardonnay leads off with a rich bouquet of apple-butter, honey suckle, lime blossom and notes of lemon candy, which is closely followed by a full mouth of golden delicious apple, citrus, and pear flavors. Hints of lemon and lime compliment the long toasted butter finish.
Hook & Ladder Pinot Noir $65 -- Our Pinot Noir displays a medium magenta red hue, followed by aromas of vanilla bean and bright blueberry-cherry with slight notes of powdered cinnamon. Full ripe flavors of stone fruit, vanilla and dark chocolate pomegranate.
Borne of Fire Cabernet Sauvignon $46 – From the area called “The Burn” in Columbia Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon is rugged, yet an elegant wine that leads with herbal and smokey aromas laced with pomegranate and stony minerals. Upon tasting the wine, powdery tannins frame flavors of cherry, currant, savory spice, and red pepper. Forged by Fire, Crafted by Hand.
Hook & Ladder “The Tillerman” Red Blend $43 -- Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Merlot. In fire-fighting parlance, a tillerman steers the back of a hook & ladder truck. Our founder, Cecil De Loach, held this position in the San Francisco Fire Department. The Tillerman red blend exhibits a deep purple, with notes of ripe wild berries, black cherry, and baking spices on the nose. Layered flavors of black currant and raspberry lead to a long finish of spice and dusty cocoa.
Hook & Ladder “Station 10” Red Blend $48 -- Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Carignane, Alicante Bouschet. Station Ten is the fire house in San Francisco from which Cecil De Loach retired. This is a dark brick-red colored blend of varietals displays spicy aromas of dried raspberries, currants, and cinnamon with hints of cloves and nutmeg. Flavors of blackberry, cranberries and powdered cocoa complement the long finish.
